Lindsey Ladouceur is a family law practitioner and a qualified Family Law Mediator. She has handled every aspect of family law in the 22 years in which she has been Board-Certified as a Family Law Specialist. She has served as a court-appointed Special Master in family law disputes. Lindsey is also a collaborative divorce practitioner and encourages clients to consider the collaborative process in lieu of traditional litigation. Lindsey has also handled personal injury and medical malpractice claims and has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar judgments for her clients. Lindsey has been a qualified Civil Law Mediator since 1994. She also is a consultant to the Louisiana State Bar Association in matters of legal ethics and co-authored its Louisiana Practice Aid Guide. Lindsey is devoted to pro bono work and is on the Board of Directors of The Pro Bono Project, of which she is also a Past President. Lindsey was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1997 and is admitted to all Louisiana federal and state courts.
Ray Ladouceur’ s practice is devoted primarily to estate planning, wills, trusts, succession administration, taxation, business law, commercial litigation, and contracts. He has represented clients in federal and state courts on a variety of matters and has served as a court-appointed executor and trustee. Ray also offers tax compliance services through his CPA firm, Raymond P. Ladouceur, CPA, LLC.
Both Lindsey and Ray have achieved the highest rating for legal ability (AV) from Martindale Hubbell. Ray is a frequent lecturer at legal and accounting seminars and conferences sponsored by, among others, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Society of Louisiana CPAs. Lindsey is a frequent lecturer on all things related to family law and legal ethics. Together, they co-authored the widely-acclaimed practice manual, Planning for Marriage, Separation, and Divorce: A Louisiana Perspective, which is used by hundreds of attorneys and accountants.
